Make Sure You Get Our Emails

Email providers sometimes mistakenly send legitimate messages to spam or junk folders. Whitelisting (also called “safe listing”) ensures our emails are recognized as trusted so they consistently land in your inbox.On this page, you’ll find simple, step-by-step instructions for how to whitelist our email address in Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, and Apple Mail so you never miss important updates from us.

Gmail (Google)

Gmail does not have a traditional “whitelist” button. Instead, it uses contacts + filters to determine trusted senders.

Option 1: Add to Contacts (recommended)

  1. Open an email from us.
  2. Hover over the sender name.
  3. Click “Add to Contacts”.

Option 2: Create a filter (strongest method)

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the search bar, click the filter icon.
  3. Enter our email address in From.
  4. Click Create filter.
  5. Check “Never send it to Spam”.
  6. Click Create filter again to save.

Yahoo Mail

Yahoo relies heavily on contacts and filters.

Option 1: Add to Contacts (recommended)

  1. Open an email from us.
  2. Click the sender name.
  3. Select Add to contacts.
  4. Save.

Option 2: Create a filter

  1. Go to Settings → More Settings → Filters.
  2. Click Add new filters.
  3. Name the filter.
  4. Enter our email in the From field.
  5. Set it to deliver to Inbox.
  6. Save.

Microsoft Outlook

Outlook uses a Safe Senders list.

Option 1: Safe Senders List (best method)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Select View all Outlook settings.
  4. Go to:Mail → Junk email
  5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
  6. Enter our email address or domain (recommended).
  7. Click Save.

Option 2: Mark as “Not Junk”

  1. Open an email from us in Junk folder.
  2. Click “Not Junk” or “Report not junk.”

Apple Mail / iCloud Mail

Apple does not use a traditional whitelist, but you can trust senders using Contacts or Rules.

Option 1: Add to Contacts (simplest)

  1. Open an email from us.
  2. Tap the sender name.
  3. Select Add to Contacts.

Option 2: Mark as “Not Junk”

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Go to Junk folder.
  3. Open our email.
  4. Tap Move to Inbox or Mark as Not Junk.

Option 3 (iCloud Web Rules – strongest)

  1. Go to iCloud Mail in browser.
  2. Open Settings → Rules.
  3. Create a rule: If “From” contains our email; move to Inbox
  4. Save rule.
