A crunchy and creamy bacon-broccoli salad featuring bite-sized broccoli, red onion, cranberries, sunflower kernels, and crispy bacon, all coated in a sweet and tangy yogurt-mayo dressing.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt

1⁄2 cups mayonnaise

1⁄2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite-size florets

1 cup diced red onion

1⁄2 cup dried cranberries

1⁄2 cup sunflower kernels

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir in broccoli, onion, and cranberries. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in sunflower kernels and crumbled bacon.
