Juicy beef kabobs marinated in flavorful A1 steak sauce, paired with tender potatoes and fresh green beans, grilled to a savory finish—ideal for summer dinners or backyard gatherings.

Ingredients

2 8-ounce beef top sirloin, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 cup A1 Steak Sauce

2 pounds small potatoes

½ pound fresh green beans

Directions

  1. Marinate beef chunks in steak sauce for 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Parboil potatoes for 6 to 10 minutes or until almost tender, adding green beans during final minute of cooking.
  4. Drain; cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Thread skewers, repeating following pattern: potato, 2 green beans, meat and 2 green beans. Grill 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
