Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup buttermilk (do not substitute sour milk)
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (Maytag is recommended)
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
6 or 7 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions
In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
