Ingredients
1 thin French baguette
Oil
½ cup mascarpone cheese
1½ cups fresh blueberries, washed and dried
4 large basil leaves, cut into strips
Honey, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut baguette into 32 slices. Brush both sides of each slice with oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden, turning crostini over once during bake time. Let cool.
- Spread mascarpone on top of crostini. Divide blueberries among crostini. Garnish crostini with basil and drizzles of honey.
