¼ cup blueberry jam
2 tablespoons orange juice
¾ cup fresh blueberries, divided
3 cups angel food cake cubes, divided
¾ cup honey-sweetened yogurt, divided
6 clementine orange sections
Directions
For blueberry sauce, in a small bowl, combine jam and orange juice. Stir in ½ cup blueberries; set aside.
Divide half of the cake cubes among six individual straight-sided glass dishes. Top with half of the yogurt, followed by the blueberry sauce. Add remaining cake and yogurt. Top with remaining ¼ cup berries and orange sections. Cover and chill for up to 8 hours before serving.
