Delightful individual trifles featuring airy angel food cake, creamy honey yogurt, fresh blueberries, and juicy clementine sections, layered with a sweet-tart blueberry-orange sauce for a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

¼ cup blueberry jam

2 tablespoons orange juice

¾ cup fresh blueberries, divided

3 cups angel food cake cubes, divided

¾ cup honey-sweetened yogurt, divided

6 clementine orange sections

Directions

  1. For blueberry sauce, in a small bowl, combine jam and orange juice. Stir in ½ cup blueberries; set aside.
  2. Divide half of the cake cubes among six individual straight-sided glass dishes. Top with half of the yogurt, followed by the blueberry sauce. Add remaining cake and yogurt. Top with remaining ¼ cup berries and orange sections. Cover and chill for up to 8 hours before serving.
