Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, melted chocolate and cocoa powder with an electric mixer on low for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 1 minute more or until smooth and creamy.
