Ingredients
¾ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 (8-ounce) chicken breasts
Directions
- For marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together orange, lemon and lime juices; olive oil; garlic; salt; white pepper; and poultry seasoning.
- Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate for 6 hours or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375°F).
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken for 16 to 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F. Transfer chicken to cutting board; loosely cover with foil and let rest for 3 minutes. Slice chicken to serve.
