This Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting is rich, smooth, and fluffy, combining cream cheese, butter, sweetened cream of coconut, and vanilla. Ideal for adding a tropical twist to cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.

Ingredients

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

½ cup butter, softened

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

½ cup sweetened cream of coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy; add butter and beat until well combined.
  2. Alternately beat in confectioners’ sugar and cream of coconut. Mix in vanilla.
