Ingredients
1 16-ounce package flaked coconut
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped dried apricots
Directions
In a medium bowl combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Stir in dried apricots.
Drop by level tablespoons onto well-greased cookie sheets (or ungreased nonstick cookie sheets). Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
