2 (12-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping
3½ cups unsweetened flaked coconut
Directions
- Let frozen whipped topping stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, line 2 large rimmed baking pans with parchment paper; set aside. Place coconut in a large shallow bowl; set aside.
- Transfer whipped topping to a shallow bowl. Using a 1¾-inch scoop, form frozen whipped topping into balls. Roll balls, one at a time, in coconut until coated. Place in prepared baking pans. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
