A cool and velvety strawberry soup made from fresh berries and creamy dairy for a sweet, refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

1 quart (1 pound) fresh strawberries

2 cups half and half

1⁄3 cup granulated sugar

¼ cup sour cream

Directions
