Chewy and irresistibly rich, these festive cookies blend sweet-tart dried cranberries with creamy white chocolate chips and buttery walnuts, creating a perfectly balanced bite that feels indulgent, cozy, and impossible to stop at just one.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1½ cups granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs, room temperature

1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking soda

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
  2. In a medium bowl stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir in white chocolate chips, walnuts, and cranberries.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
