Ingredients
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
½ cup butter
5 cups powdered sugar
1 cup sour cream
2½ teaspoons vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the unsweetened chocolate, semisweet chocolate and butter just until melted, stirring occasionally; cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl beat together powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat in cooled chocolate mixture until creamy.
