Ingredients
24 ounces (5 cups) frozen unsweetened berries and cherries
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup granola
3 tablespoons melted butter
Vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In an 11x7-inch baking dish mix frozen berries, sugar and flour. Bake 20 minutes to soften fruit. Stir.
Combine granola with melted butter; sprinkle over fruit. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until topping is golden. Cool at least 10 minutes.
