Juicy berries baked under a golden, buttery granola topping create a quick and satisfying dessert, perfect when paired with creamy vanilla frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

24 ounces (5 cups) frozen unsweetened berries and cherries

⅓ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup granola

3 tablespoons melted butter

Vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. In an 11x7-inch baking dish mix frozen berries, sugar and flour. Bake 20 minutes to soften fruit. Stir.
  3. Combine granola with melted butter; sprinkle over fruit. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until topping is golden. Cool at least 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
