Ingredients
1 7-ounce container low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 6-ounce container low-fat piña colada yogurt
3 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
Fresh fruit (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl stir together Greek yogurt and piña colada yogurt until smooth. Cover and freeze about 4 hours until almost solid.
To serve, scoop into dessert dishes and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
