These Frozen Fruit Cups are the perfect cool-down treat—simple to make, portioned for easy serving, and bursting with natural flavor. Ideal for brunches, picnics, or a healthy frozen dessert.

Recipe Information

Total Time:
Yield:
12 (8-ounce) cups

Ingredients

1 (29-ounce) can sliced peaches in juice, drained (reserving juice)

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained (reserving juice)

1 (6-ounce) bag frozen whole strawberries, partially thawed and sliced

4 bananas, peeled and sliced

½ cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine peaches, pineapple, strawberries and bananas. Spoon mixture into twelve freezer-safe 8-ounce serving glasses.
  2. In a medium saucepan combine 1 cup of the reserved peach juice, all of the reserved pineapple juice and the sugar. Discard remaining peach juice. Bring mixture to boil; remove from heat. Spoon juice mixture over fruit in each cup. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  3. Before serving, allow cups to thaw at room temperature for 45 minutes or until slushy.
