Ingredients
1 cup sliced fresh fruit (mango, strawberries or kiwi)
½ cup fruit juice or soda (strawberry soda, peach lemonade, or pink lemonade)
8 to 10 cups crushed ice
Directions
Place fruit and juice in a blender. Cover and blend until pureed. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Spread mixture into an 8x8-inch metal baking pan. Freeze for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and scrape mixture with a metal fork, breaking up any large chunks, to form icy flakes. Freeze for an additional 2 hours before serving.
