Yield:
about 25 ham balls

Ingredients

1¼ pounds ground ham

1 pound ground pork

½ pound ground beef

1½ cups crushed graham crackers

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 cups packed brown sugar

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2 10¾-ounce cans tomato soup

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ham, pork, and beef. Add graham crackers, eggs, and milk; mix well.
