6 (½-inch) slices walnut-raisin bread
2 ounces (3 slices) deli baby Swiss cheese
4 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
Directions
- Cut bread slices into 12 (2-inch) rounds using a round cutter. Using the 2-inch cutter, cut cheese into 6 rounds.
- To assemble sandwiches, cut and fold ham to fit half the bread rounds. Layer with a cheese round and top with remaining bread rounds.
