Icy Pops: Berry Smoothie

These layered berry smoothie icy pops combine tangy grapefruit juice, sweet raspberries, and creamy berry smoothie for a refreshing, all-natural frozen treat perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

1⅓ cups ruby red grapefruit juice

2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey

8 4- to 6-inch wooden sticks

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup berry juice smoothie

Directions

  1. Combine grapefruit juice and agave nectar. Divide among eight 3-ounce frozen pop molds, using about 3 tablespoons mixture for each. Cover each mold with foil, then make a small slit in the center of each foil cover. Insert wooden sticks through foil. Freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Add three raspberries to each mold. Pour berry juice smoothie over berries. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm. To serve, remove pops from freezer; let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from molds.
