By
Test Kitchen
Summer 2010
These orange-yogurt pops blend smooth yogurt, bright orange juice, and a hint of agave for a creamy citrus treat. Each frozen pop features a slice of fresh orange for a burst of flavor and color.

Recipe Information

Total Time:
Yield:
8 frozen pops

Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt

1 cup orange juice

2 teaspoons agave nectar

1 medium orange, cut into slices

8 4- to 6-inch wooden sticks

Directions

  1. Place yogurt, orange juice and agave nectar in a blender. Cover and blend until well combined. Divide mixture among eight 3-ounce frozen-pop molds. Cut orange slices in half; add one slice to each mold. Cover each mold with foil, then make a small slit in the center of each foil cover. Insert wooden sticks through foil. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  2. To serve, remove pops from freezer; let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from molds.
