These striped peachy-berry pops feature layers of creamy vanilla yogurt and vibrant fruit smoothies for a refreshing, colorful frozen treat. Lightly sweetened with agave, they’re a healthy and fun dessert for warm days.

Recipe Information

Total Time:
Yield:
8 frozen pops

Ingredients

3⁄4 cup vanilla yogurt

1⁄4 cup orange-mango juice smoothie

1 teaspoon agave nectar

8 4- to 6-inch wooden sticks

1 1⁄2 cups berry juice smoothie

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, orange-mango juice smoothie and 1⁄2 teaspoon of the agave nectar. Divide among eight 3-ounce frozen-pop molds, using about 2 tablespoons mixture in each. Cover each mold with foil, then make a small slit in the center of each foil cover. Insert wooden sticks through foil. Freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Combine fruit juice smoothie with remaining agave nectar; pour over yogurt in molds. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  3. To serve, remove pops from freezer; let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from molds.
