A chilled, indulgent mocha punch combining brewed coffee, chocolate milk, half-and-half, and espresso, served over frozen coffee cubes and optionally topped with ice cream and whipped cream.

Ingredients

6 cups brewed coffee

⅓ cup sugar

4 cups half-and-half

4 cups chocolate milk

1 to 4 tablespoons espresso powder

1 recipe Frozen Coffee Cubes

Vanilla ice cream, optional

Whipped cream, optional

Directions

  1. Combine coffee and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. In a 1-gallon pitcher or jug, add chilled coffee mixture, half-and-half and chocolate milk. Stir in desired amount of espresso powder.
  3. Serve punch in glasses over Frozen Coffee Cubes. If desired, top each with scoop of ice cream and dollop of whipped cream.

Frozen Coffee Cubes
  1. Prepare 8 cups brewed coffee and pour into four ice cube trays. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
