A chilled, indulgent mocha punch combining brewed coffee, chocolate milk, half-and-half, and espresso, served over frozen coffee cubes and optionally topped with ice cream and whipped cream.

Ingredients
6 cups brewed coffee
⅓ cup sugar
4 cups half-and-half
4 cups chocolate milk
1 to 4 tablespoons espresso powder
1 recipe Frozen Coffee Cubes
Vanilla ice cream, optional
Whipped cream, optional
Directions
- Combine coffee and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- In a 1-gallon pitcher or jug, add chilled coffee mixture, half-and-half and chocolate milk. Stir in desired amount of espresso powder.
- Serve punch in glasses over Frozen Coffee Cubes. If desired, top each with scoop of ice cream and dollop of whipped cream.
Frozen Coffee Cubes
- Prepare 8 cups brewed coffee and pour into four ice cube trays. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
