Ingredients
6 ears sweet corn, husks and silk removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat. Rub corn with olive oil.
Grill corn for 10 minutes or until kernels are tender and lightly browned in places, turning several times.
