5 ounces sliced aged white Cheddar cheese

1½ ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

24 Bacon-Cheddar-Chive Crackers

2 tablespoons stone-ground Dijon mustard

Watercress leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Cut cheese and prosciutto into bite-size pieces. To assemble, layer cheese and prosciutto on crackers.
  2. Dollop each with ¼ teaspoon mustard. Garnish with watercress leaves, if desired.
