Ingredients
3 red, yellow and/or green bell peppers
1 medium white onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon fajita seasoning
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Seed and slice 3 red, yellow and/or green bell peppers. Peel and slice 1 medium white onion.
In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper slices and onion to skillet. Sprinkle vegetables with ½ teaspoon fajita seasoning. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
