These raspberry-chocolate bars layer buttery graham cracker crumbs, sweet coconut, and raspberry jam with white and semisweet chocolate for a rich, fruity dessert everyone will love.

Ingredients

1¾ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup plus 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

3 cups sweetened flaked coconut

1½ cups sweetened condensed milk

1 (12-ounce) jar seedless red raspberry jam

1⅔ cups white baking chips

¾ cup chopped walnuts, toasted

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press mixture into pan. Sprinkle with coconut and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Stir jam to soften; carefully spread over warm coconut mixture in pan. Sprinkle with white baking chips and nuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips. Cool completely; cut into bars.
