Crispy mini phyllo shells filled with silky semisweet chocolate, topped with a fresh raspberry and finished with a delicate white chocolate drizzle—elegant, decadent, and irresistibly bite-sized.

Ingredients

mini phyllo shells

fresh raspbrres

semisweet chocolate

white chocolate

Directions

  1. Melt the semisweet chocolate, and spoon into purchased mini phyllo shells, turning to thoroughly coat the inside of the shells. Cool.
  2. Place one fresh raspberry in each shell.
  3. Melt white chocolate; spoon into a plastic sandwich bag, snip off corner of bag and pipe over raspberries.
