These Red, White & Blue Pops are a festive and healthy frozen treat made with creamy yogurt and fresh summer berries. Perfect for picnics, parties, or patriotic holidays, they’re as beautiful as they are delicious.
Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt
2 teaspoons agave nectar
2 cups assorted fresh raspberries, blueberries and sliced strawberries
8 4- to 6-inch wooden sticks
Directions
- Combine yogurt and agave nectar. Stir in berries. Divide mixture among eight 3-ounce plastic cups, filling each about three-quarters full. Cover each cup with foil, then make a small slit in the center of each foil cover. Insert wooden sticks through foil. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- To serve, remove pops from freezer; let stand for 5 minutes. Remove pops from cups.
