Ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons meringue powder
⅔ cup warm water
1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and meringue powder. Add warm water and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low until combined. Beat on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until stiff and glossy. Use immediately.
