Ingredients

6 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

7 ounces thinly sliced Nova lox or smoked salmon

36 Poppy Seed Crackers

Italian parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, dill and red onion. Cut salmon slices into 36 pieces.
  2. To assemble, spread about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top with salmon. Garnish with, parsley.
