Ingredients

½ gallon Lifesavers Rainbow Sherbet

1 package Anna’s Thins cookies, lemon (www.greatergourmet.com)

Wilton Flower Daisy Metal Cutter #2308-1007 (www.wilton.com)

Directions

  1. Remove sherbet from container; slice 1 inch thick. Cut slices with cookie cutter; place slices between two cookies. Freeze immediately on a cookie sheet. Wrap frozen treats in plastic wrap.
