Ingredients
1 frozen banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup skim milk
½ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Enough fresh spinach, loosely packed, to fill the rest of the blender
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except spinach, in a blender. Loosely pack spinach into blender until full. Cover and blend until smooth. If necessary, use a spatula to push spinach towards blades.
