1 recipe Sourdough Focaccia Bread dough
1 (12.5-oz) jar strawberry-champagne jam (such as Stonewall Kitchen brand)
2 cups sliced and/or halved trimmed strawberries, divided
2 tablespoons whole milk
½ cup powdered sugar
Flaky sea salt, for serving
Directions
- Prepare and shape focaccia dough in baking pan as directed through Step 5 of Sourdough Focaccia Bread recipe.
- In a small bowl, gently stir together jam and 1½ cups strawberries. Spread strawberries mixture over top of dough. Bake and cool as directed in Sourdough Focaccia Bread recipe.
- Meanwhile, for the glaze, in a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat milk in microwave on high for 15 to 30 seconds or until warm; do not boil. Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Top cooled focaccia with remaining strawberries; drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if desired.
