Strawberry-Melon Soup

A smooth and creamy chilled fruit soup blending strawberries, cantaloupe, and yogurt for a refreshing and naturally sweet summer appetizer or dessert.

Ingredients

3 cups sliced fresh strawberries or 1 (14-ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries

1 cup cut-up cantaloupe

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup milk

Additional vanilla Greek yogurt and milk, for garnish, optional

Directions

  1. Place berries and cantaloupe in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Strain mixture into a medium bowl. Add 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup milk, blending to combine. Cover and chill overnight.
