Ingredients
24 large cherry tomatoes
1 (5.2-ounce) package basil and chive or garlic and herb cheese spread
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
Green onion tops, slivered , for garnish
Directions
Using a serrated knife, cut tops (stem sides) from tomatoes. Using a melon baller, remove and discard pulp from each tomato. If necessary, cut a very thin slice off the bottom of each tomato to stand upright. Place tomatoes upside down on paper towels to drain.
In a medium bowl combine cheese spread, cream cheese and sour cream. Pipe or spoon cheese mixture into tomatoes. Garnish with green onion slivers, if desired.
