Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1 pound raw shrimp (16 to 20 count), peeled and deveined
⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray; set aside. Thread shrimp onto skewers and place in a shallow dish; set aside.
In a small bowl combine sweet chili sauce, melted butter, lime juice and cilantro in a small bowl. Pour half of the sauce mixture over shrimp kabobs. Cover; marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.
Transfer kabobs onto prepared baking sheet; discard marinade. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, turning once halfway through.
