Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 bulb fennel, trimmed and thinly sliced
½ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
2 cups apples, chopped
¼ cup raisins
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix well.
- Stir in cabbage, fennel, celery and walnuts until well coated. Gently stir in apples and raisins. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
