A glossy, sweet-and-savory glaze blending apricot preserves with fresh rosemary and butter, ideal for glazing chicken, pork, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

½ cup apricot preserves

½ cup apple juice

¼ cup chicken broth

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, apple juice, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, chopped fresh rosemary and butter. Cook over medium heat until preserves are melted.
