Bright, fruity, and icy, these blueberry lemonade pops feature layers of lemon yogurt, fresh lemon slices, blueberries, and lemonade for a fun and refreshing summer treat.

Yield:
10 pops (3 ounces each)
Ingredients
2 containers lemon-flavored yogurt (5.3-ounce each)
1 lemon
2¼ cups lemonade
½ cup blueberries
Directions
- Divide lemon yogurt evenly between pop molds. Avoid drips on inner sides of mold for clean stripes. Insert craft stick and freeze for 2 hours.
- Halve and slice lemon and distribute slices among molds. Top with lemonade until ¾ full and freeze for additional 2 hours.
- Divide blueberries among molds and pour remaining lemonade over top. Freeze for 4 hours.
Note: To remove finished pops from molds run warm water over outside of plastic molds.
