Ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup Italian salad dressing
16 ounces baby bella mushrooms, stemmed
1 large red onion, cut into 1½-inch crescents
8 ounces grape tomatoes
Directions
Marinate chicken chunks in Italian dressing for 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Alternately thread skewers with mushrooms, chicken, onion crescents and tomatoes. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
