Chicken-Pesto Pizza

A bright and savory chicken-pesto pizza layered with basil pesto, juicy tomatoes, tender shredded chicken, and tangy goat cheese. Baked until crisp and finished with fresh basil, it’s an easy weeknight favorite.

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package thin-crust pizza crust (1 crust)

⅓ cup basil pesto

1 tomato, cut into thin wedges

¾ cup shredded roasted chicken

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced and cut

2 tablespoons goat cheese crumbles

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Spread pesto onto crust almost to edge. Top with tomato wedges, shredded chicken and red onion. Sprinkle with goat cheese.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; garnish with fresh basil, if desired. Cut in wedges to serve.
