Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Spread pesto onto crust almost to edge. Top with tomato wedges, shredded chicken and red onion. Sprinkle with goat cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; garnish with fresh basil, if desired. Cut in wedges to serve.
