Ingredients
1 (7½-pound) smoked boneless pit ham, fully cooked ¾ cup honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Score ham by making diagonal cuts in a diamond pattern. Place ham on a rack set in a shallow roasting pan. Insert an oven-going meat thermometer into center of ham. Roast ham for 1½ hours.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan combine honey, mustard, brown sugar and butter. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Set aside.
After ham has roasted for 1½ hours, increase oven temperature to 425°F. Brush ham with some of the glaze. Roast for 15 to 30 minutes more or until thermometer registers 140°F, brushing occasionally with glaze. Serve ham with remaining glaze.
