A bright and creamy blend of mango, peach, and yogurt with a hint of chia, topped with juicy fruit and coconut flakes for a refreshing tropical breakfast bowl.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen mango chunks

½ cup frozen peach slices

½ cup mango low-fat kefir

1 tablespoon light agave syrup

1 teaspoon chia seeds

Desired toppings: Fresh mango cubes, fresh raspberries, chia seeds and/or coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, peaches, kefir, agave nectar and chia seeds. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with desired toppers.
