Miso And Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Creamy miso-infused deviled eggs topped with delicate smoked salmon and sesame seeds, offering a flavorful and elegant starter for any gathering.

Ingredients

6 Basic Hard-Cooked Eggs

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon white miso paste

1 tablespoon honey

¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

Coarse kosher salt, to taste

1 (4-ounce) package thinly sliced smoked Atlantic salmon

White sesame seeds, for garnish

Black sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise, miso paste, honey and white pepper to egg yolks in bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Season to taste with kosher salt.
  2. Pipe or spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
  3. To serve, top each egg with a small slice of smoked salmon. Garnish with white and black sesame seeds, if desired.
