Juicy nectarines meet bright lime, crisp peppers, and fresh cilantro in this lively salsa that adds a sweet-spicy kick to grilled fish or summer dishes.

Ingredients

1 large ripe nectarine, pitted and diced

3 tablespoons minced red bell pepper

1½ diced tablespoons onion

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeño chile pepper*

1 2-finger pinch Lemon Flake Salt or Fleur de Sel de Camargue

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with grilled fish.

*Chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes. Avoid direct contact with chiles by wearing plastic gloves.
