Ingredients
1 medium red onion, sliced
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons coarse kosher salt
Directions
- Place onion in a medium bowl; set aside. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, sugar and kosher salt until sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour vinegar mixture over onion in bowl. Cover and let stand 1 hour.
