Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 frozen bananas, sliced
2 cups spinach leaves
1 cup strawberry low-fat kefir
1 teaspoon lemon-lime-flavor super greens powder
Desired toppers: Banana and kiwifruit slices and/or pumpkin seeds
Directions
In a blender, combine yogurt, bananas, spinach, kefir and lemon-lime powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with desired toppers.
