A luscious and antioxidant-rich smoothie bowl blended with raspberries, açai, and creamy yogurt, finished with fresh fruit and crunchy toppings for a bright, nourishing treat.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ cup raspberry low-fat kefir

1 tablespoon light agave nectar

1 teaspoon açai powder

Desired toppers: Fresh raspberries, cocoa nibs, toasted chopped walnuts and/or drizzles of honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, raspberries, kefir, agave nectar and açai powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with desired toppers.
